In store purchases

We accept returns/exchanges for most items within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging. Unpackaged products must be verifiably unused. Products without intact packaging are only exchanged if the product is defective or in cases where we’ve made a mistake in the item we sold you. Items returned must be in their original condition accompanied by the original receipt, or proof of purchase on the customer loyalty account. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the manager.


Disposable e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and all glass pieces (except for size-sensitive items like slides, downstems, etc) are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Online Purchases

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer returns for online purchases at this time. However, we do guarantee the safe delivery of your purchase in good condition, so don't stress!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us using the form at the bottom of this page or at


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damage claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
